Effect of Mothers' Parental Bonding Style on Their Maternal Attachment

Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between mothers’ parental bonding styles and their maternal attachment levels. 
 Methods: descriptive cross-sectional involved 216 mothers. The data were collected using Personal Information Form, Maternal Attachment Inventory (MAI), Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI). Results: mean MAI score of mothers found be 96.72 ± 8.75 which indicated a high level attachment. from PBI-mother form 49.13 14.60 PBI-father 46.12 ±14.90 that had positive with parents.The an individual’s positive, moderate, significant her own bonding. mother father explained 35% 23% total variance in attachment, respectively. Conclusion: Mothers’ showed effect on as well. families couples should trained how or negative children can affect life cycles future lives.
